How do I use a gift cerificate?

ANSWER…

A link is provided for gift certificate use at the bottom of the checkout page. It will read “To use a discount coupon or gift certificate click here”. This will take you to a page where you fill in the proper gift certificate information. When you are completed, click “Add to Basket”. You gift certificate will be deducted from your final total.

Each field (shipping and payment) has drop done menus, which allow you to select other options beside the default. To bring down these menus, click on the arrow key right next to the field

To receive your club discount you must be logged in to your account that was set up for you, if you don’t remember your password put in your login and click on Please Email Me My Password and your password will be sent to you.
How to tell if you’re getting your club discount if the price is the same as the clue blue price you are getting your club discount price.

I have registered an account in Bluelinepro site, but after i log in, i can’t see myself logged in though.
I can’t see my login name.
When i place my order and when i click on Visa for payment, i click on ‘continue’ and it says ‘timed out’
I’ve been doing this quite a few times yet it’s the same, log-in over and over again still nothing.
i’m just wondering did i missed out on any step?
Because after clicking on what type of payment, there’s no other button to proceed other than ‘Continue’ which brings me back to log-in again.
Could you help me on this?

When you go to www.bluelinepro.com at the top you see home then you would see either login or my account if it says my account click on it and you should see your information if it doesn’t then you need to create an account and hit the save button afterword’s click on a Quick Link or the text below the Save.
When you click on CHECK OUT it gives you a page for you to put in your information shipping and billing or to verify it. Then you click on the button says CONTINUE it takes you to a page which has your billing and shipping address items you ordered, SHIP VIA a choice you can change that with an arrow right next to it, right underneath it is PAY WITH is shows check right next to that is an arrow pointing down you click on it you can choose a credit card or PayPal there, then click the CONTINUE button again and it will take you to the payment page which is where you put in your information for your credit card or check or PayPal, Then click continue your order is now complete you’ll see a page with a order number and a summary of what you ordered. Is there no way to pay for it with a credit card through your site?
When I was checking out it did say you can pay with a credit card but no way to select that payment option?
