how do I use my $15.00 coupon for purchases of $30 or more?
A link is provided for
coupon use at the bottom of the checkout page. It will read "To use
a discount coupon or gift certificate click here". This will take
you to a page where you fill in the proper coupon information. When you
are completed, click "Add to Basket". You coupon will be
deducted from your final total.
As a Club Blue Member,
how do I get my 15% discount?
To see your savings as you
shop bluelinepro.com, you must sign in first. Most of the time, your
computer will automatically recognize you as a Club Blue Member or as a
Registered User. Don’t worry, Blue Line Pro will make sure you get
your 15% discount whether you sign up or not. Signing in allows you to
see your saving automatically and what your final total really is.
How do I know if I am
signed in or not?
You can tell if you’re
signed in by viewing the front page of the store. If you are greeted by
name, you are signed in. If you see a sign in link, then you are not
signed in.
What is the difference
between Create a New Account and Place Order With Out Account?
Creating a New Account, if
you have not already have, allows you the option of signing in with
later purchases. Signing in will automatically bring up your shipping,
saving you time in the long run. If you do not wish us to keep your
shipping information on record, then you may place an order without an
account. Rest assured, all information about our customers is strictly
confidential and will not be shared with any organization outside of
Blue Line Pro.
Why should I sign in?
Signing in allows you to
automatically bring in your shipping information. It also let’s you
see your discount’s as you shop.
I’m a Club Blue Member
and I have signed in, but I still don’t see my discount applied?
All Club Blue Member who are
ordering the first time will not see their discount initial (but it will
be applied to the purchase.). After your first purchase, your account
will be changed to Member Status, allowing your discount to be applied
immediately upon future purchases.
If you are a Club Blue
Member and this is not your first time ordering as a Club Blue Member,
then contact us by email or by phone to notify us of the problem. We
will do our best to correct it right away.
